Circuit Training Program

The Way of Orient Circuit Training Program is currently available 3 times a week -

        Monday and Friday afternoons at 1:00pm
        Wednesday night at 7:45pm


The goal of the program is to improve the overall conditioning of our students for both their general health and their readiness for combat/competition.  The program includes intensive aerobic and combat drills, weight lifting, and isometric workout set at a higher pace.  The class is designed to improve the student’s stamina and power, as well as reaction time and movement skills.

The class is 1 hour -

        15 minutes of aerobic warm-up, stretching, and isometric power-warm-up
        40 minutes of drills and weightlifting
        5 minutes of cool-down


The weightlifting is also varied day by day to focus on different muscle groups.

This class is FREE to all Way of Orient students 15 years of age and older.  Any students who wish to take the Circuit Training Class only should call the studio for rates.
