Geoff Helms has been a part-time instructor at Way of Orient for many years. In addition to his study of Hapkido and Tae Kwon Do, Geoff is an avid practitioner of Kung Fu.
Geoff has recently received his national accreditation as an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine professional.
